Types of Breast Implants

Dr. McGovern offers three types of breast implant devices: silicone gel, traditional saline, and a new, FDA-approved alternative known as the Ideal implant. This dual compartment, baffled implant is filled with saline during surgery and is softer in texture than a traditional saline device.
