Roughly 45 minutes via US-278 and I-95 to our Savannah office at 900 Mohawk Street, Suite A. Bluffton is closer, at about 35 minutes. Parking is free and directly outside the building.
Is it worth crossing state lines for Botox?
That depends on what you want from it. If any injector will do, no. If you want your facial anatomy assessed by someone trained in a surgical practice — and a record that follows you visit to visit — the drive is what buys you that.
How much does Botox cost here?
Botox is priced per unit at $12 – $15, so the total depends on the areas treated. Your provider gives you a unit count and price before anything is injected — there is no separate out-of-state pricing.
How long is the appointment?
10 to 15 minutes of treatment, plus consultation time on your first visit. Most Hilton Head patients are back across the bridge inside a half day, and there is no downtime afterward.
Can I fly or boat out right after treatment?
Yes. There are no travel restrictions after Botox. We do ask that you stay upright for about four hours and skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day, which rarely disrupts anyone's plans.
Do you offer other treatments for Lowcountry patients?
The full practice is available to you — fillers, skin tightening, lasers, medical-grade skin care, body contouring, and surgery at our accredited surgery center. Many Hilton Head patients start with Botox and build a plan from there.
