User agrees mobile number(s) provided to RenewalMD are not shared with, or common to, other users. If user changes mobile phone number(s), it is the user's responsibility to contact RenewalMD to update their mobile phone number in a timely manner.
SMS Communications
RenewalMD will not share or sell mobile numbers provided by users and will only send SMS messages to users who have opted in to this service. The purpose of SMS communications is to provide users with appointment updates and reminders, alerts, and promotions. Generally, users who have opted into the SMS service will receive no more than one to two SMS messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Users can opt out of SMS messages at anytime by replying STOP to unsubscribe.
Usage Data
We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data").
