The Procedure
Performed at RenewalASC under general anesthesia in 1-2 hours. Liposuction removes excess fat while direct excision addresses glandular tissue. Small incisions are strategically placed to minimize visible scarring.
Recovery
A compression garment is worn for 4-6 weeks. Most patients return to desk work in 3-5 days and resume full activity at 4-6 weeks.

Gauze dressings and a garment were applied around the chest at surgery. Oozing and bleeding are very common. Sleep on your back with two pillows elevating and supporting both your head and your back to keep swelling down — though it's more important that you sleep than that you follow this rigidly.

- Keep the chest garment on; you may remove it for laundering and showering.
- Rest.
