About this case
This patient wanted to restore the breast volume she lost after having children, and to feel comfortable in her clothing again. We placed 300cc high profile saline implants in a submuscular position, a size chosen to rebuild upper pole fullness without changing her frame. The after photograph was taken ten weeks post-op.
